EUR/USD - Important Event for Forex

Dear Friends,

What I'm about to tell you will not be shared with everyone, but only with my subscribers and visitors.

From August 2007 the Market went crazy. Everything including strategic levels like Fibonacci Numbers, Gann Fan levels and other natural indicators fall into parts. Nothing, but nothing was respected anymore and maybe some of you didn't notice but that was a huge move by the big guys who know that those indicators were very well advertised in the last year so they thought to move the market a little and make the traders thing everything was a bullshit.

From August, Fibonacci levels were a total mess, 38.2% and 61.8% were placed on the blacklist of Support and Resistance and many people lost money because they believed in those levels. Don't think they are not working, think that someone wanted those level not to work.

Well, let me tell you that their non-sense actions ended today, because like all natural things, indicators like Fibonacci and Gann took their place back in action. Why ? Because Nature is never wrong, Nature and Evolution always win and those 2 names mean a lot in Forex or Capital markets.

Bellow you will find the proof that Fibonacci is starting to win the fight with Big Guys. I haven't seen such a perfect movement based on Fibonacci Levels since last summer. People want those level to work. Natural Selection Works !

EUR/USD - Sell @ 163.62 / 10 pips profit

Hello my friends,

Today was another great day in Forex, because EUR/JPY did it again.

Here is the chart of the trade:

14.30GMT: Price broke the TL and RegChan. Close under them. 2 EMAs cross. MACD still up.
17.00GMT: Price turns MACD down. W%R still bellow -80. We wait for a retrace.
17.30GMT: Price retraces, W%R above -80. No resistance found at lower EMA.
Perfect setup !

Entry: SELL 1 lot @ 163.62
Target: 163.52
SL: 163.75 + 10 pips + 2 spread = 163.87 (too far to be reached at this level)
Target reached in 5 minutes.

Profit: 10 pips x 1 lot x $10 per pip = $100

I attached also the big picture of the chart to see the origin of TL and how it came to present day with RegChan. You can notice that at some level price broke again the TL and RegChan, upper direction but it hit the upper band of RegChan than dropping down again.

CAD/JPY - BUY 2 lots @ 104.58 / 10 pips profit

Hello again my friends,

It seems the market got some speed and here I am with a new trade for today.

CAD/JPY - base pair for my strategy gave a good signal and got me another 10 pips profit.

Here is the trade:

So, what do we have here:
5.00GMT: Early in the morning CAD/JPY made the 2 EMAs to cross and more it broke the white TL.
6.00GMT: Price turns the MACD up and closes above the RegChan, BUT the W%R is way above the -20 level, so we wait for a retrace
6.30GMT: Retrace happens, W%R confirms and didn't cross RSI, MACD still up and more price closes above the RegChan (that's good, because RegChan acted as a Support)
Good Setup !

Entry:
BUY 2 lots @ 104.58
Target: 104.68
SL: Too Far to bother place it, because at this point price don't have the power to move bellow the RegChan, it need at least one pullUP in order to fall so the entry was perfect.
Time of trade: 10 minutes

Profit for today: 10 pips x 2 lots x $10 per pip = $200

Comment: Why didn't I place a Stop Loss ? Because the market, as a living entity built on fundamental rules of gravity, needs to gain some altitude in order to fall and at this level (small) we can play with movements and get our 10 pips per day without headaches. And more, the price found support at RegChan upper band. As you can see, the candle that ended after our 10 pips profit it's a remarkable reversal one.

Happy PIPpin' !

EUR/JPY Day - profit added - 10 pips

Hello my friends,

Today was another great day for trading in Forex using my strategy.

Here is the picture of the trade:

5.30GMT: Price breaks the RegChan and white TL and closes above them.
7.00GMT: Price makes the 2 EMAs to cross for the first time, but MACD is still down.
11.30GMT: Price makes the 2 EMAs to turn for the second time, MACD is still down but it shows optimism to turn up.
12.30GMT: MACD turns up, W%R is UP, we wait for a retrace of the price and watch closely the W%R indicator to go bellow -20.
13.30GMT: Price retraces, MACD still up, W%R retraces bellow -20 and didn't cross with RSI.
PERFECT Setup !

Entry: BUY 2 lots @ 163.00 (another sign that we can enter without problems is that price retraced exactly to 163.00 that acted as support)
Target: 163.10 (reached)
SL: 163.00 - 10 - 2 (spread) = 162.88 (never reached)
Time of trade: 25 minutes

Today's profit: 10 pips x 2 lots x $10 per pip = $200

Another pair that gave a signal was EUR/USD but I got only 3 pips from that one because trade was taking too long and I got out "flat" with those 3 pips in profit. (It happened @ 12.00 GMT)

That was all for today.

Happy PIPpin' !

USD/JPY - BUY @ 103.41 - Movie and Analysis

Hello my friends,

I'm back again after a bad period for trading. I was out and I didn't trade. Way too many oscillations and no good setups.

Here is the trade that I took few minutes ago and I got out flat even if I knew it would reach the target. I don't want to stay too much in the market waiting for profit. Many will tell that if I would have wait 1-2 more minutes I would have got the profit. Yes, true, but sometimes 1-2 minute can be fatal for your account si I rather get out and try another time.

And yes, the last week was weak, very weak. The market is slow and the movements chaotic. I am looking at GBP/USD in H4 and Daily that that's the disrespect that "big guys" show to traders. Those movements show us that They Don't Care about you or anybody. Those movements eat your life if you don't stay out.

Here is the movie I recorded for everyone:

GBP/USD @ 1.9871 SELL + 10 pips x 2 lots Profit

Hello my friends,
I am back for today's trade, it was a real success and as I wanted, I recovered the loss from yesterday's failure and added some more profit because of perfect setup that happened earlier today.

Here is the chart:

I placed a Trend Line (green) between 2 important points (see the chart).
Early in the morning the 2 EMAs crossed very shy, around 2.00 AM GMT
Then,
6.00 GMT: Price breaks the RegChan, but not the TL, and also MACD turned down
6.30 GMT: Price breaks also the TL
(Please notice how TL and RegChan "work" together - this means no angle between them and their levels must be taken into consideration very serious.)
7.00 GMT: Price retraces and W%R confirms by going above the -80 level
Isn't this Setup Perfect ?

So, we enter with confidence:
7.00 GMT: Entry, SELL Order with 2 lots @ 1.9871
Target: 1.9861
Time of trade: approx 5 minutes
Target reached !!!

Profit: 10 pips x 2 lots x $10 per pip = $200 (-$40 from yesterday) = $160

That was all for today. Huh ! So much hard work :)

See you tomorrow !

And Happy PIPpin' !

GBP/USD @ 1.9795 Sell - Failure (Learn)

Hello my friends,

Today wasn't such a great day, because GBP/USD tricked us :D. But I'm sure you will learn something new from this experience.

Here is what happened:

7.30 AM GMT: Price breaks the RegChan and TL and turns the 2 EMAs (please notice that TL made a big angle with the RegChan - that's not quite good)
8.00 GMT: MACD turns down and W%R above -80 level

Entry: SELL @ 1.9795 with 1 lot (because W%R didn't retrace but continued after a small retrace so I better be careful - and more the big angle between TL and RegChan)
SL: 1.9819 + 10 pips = 1.9829 OR max 30 mins (or at the end of next candle after entry)
Target: 1.9785 (never reached)
Time of trade: 30 mins (exit at close of the candle)

Loss: 1.9795 - 1.9799 = - 4 pips x $10 per pip x 1 lot = $40 pips

Well there were only 4 pips loss or $40. I will recover them for sure in the next days.

Happy PIPpin' !

GBP/USD @ 1.9934 SELL + 10 pips Profit

Hello dear friends,
Today was another great day in Forex. GBP/USD made a real move few minutes ago so here is the chart for today's trade:

and to see a nice TL together with old RegChan:

So, the signals were clear:

6.30AM GMT: Price breaks the TL and an old RegChan and also makes the 2 EMAs to cross
7.00AM GMT: Price closes bellow the recent RegChan, but MACD still Up
8.00AM GMT: Price turns the MACD down, W%R retraces above -80 level
Perfect signals.

Entry:
8.00AM GMT: Sell @ 1.9934 with 1 lot
SL: 1.9955 + 10 pips + 1 spread = 1.9965
Target: 1.9924 (reached)
Time of trade: 4 - 5 minutes

Profit: 10 pips x 1 lot x $10 per pip = $100

Thank you and happy PIPpin' !

14 April 2008

FLAT Day - EUR/JPY Failure - USD/CAD - Profit !!

Hello my friends,

Today was a flat day.

Here is the chart for Losing trade:

Everything was ok:
EMAs crossed at 09.00 GMT
10.30 GMT price breaks the RegChan and MACD turned up
11.00 GMT price retraces, W%R confirms.

Entry:
11.00 GMT: BUY @ 159.56 with 1 lot
SL: 159.42 - 10 pips + .02 spread = 159.30 or max 30 minutes
Target: 159.66
FAILURE !
Stop loss never reached. CLOSING the trade after 30 minutes without result.

LOSS: 159.56 - 159.44 = .12 = 12 pips x 1 lot x $10 per pip = $120

Here is the chart for winning trade that almost canceled the loss:

Signals:
10.30 GMT: EMAs crossed
12.00 GMT MACD turned down
12.30 Price breaks the RegChan and closes under it. W%R gives the confirmation for entry with that retrace.

Entry:
12.30: SELL @ 1.0224 with 1 lot
SL: 1.0233 + 10 pips + 2 pips spread = 1.0245 (never reached)
Target: 1.0214 - Successfully
Time of trade: 5 minutes

Profit: 10 pips x 1 lot x $10 per pip = $100

So, what I've learned today ? That I should wait for a Trend Line to Exist along with the RegChan. In first case no valid points for TL were found. So, next time I better wait for at least 2 points to trace a mini-TL to confirm with the RegChan. USD/CAD trade had a TL as a support for that range move in the morning

Thanks and Happy PIPpin' !
